Week 3 Challenge Check In

Pretty Pure

What a week!!! First, I came home from Oregon on Monday, so I did quite a bit of “airport” snacking. Spent a couple days at home and then head up to San Jose to see friends on Friday for the weekend, returning Sunday. More on that later! I am definitely feeling exhausted from the travel, but loving it at the same time. I need to sleep for a couple days! Getting ready for another travel filled week! Fun posts coming on the blog this week!

Dinner – Basil chicken, brown rice, steamed gyoza from Thai Food

Dinner – Oatmeal with banana, almond milk, Sunflower Seed butter, coconut chips

Wednesday
Breakfast – Egg whites, banana, green tea almond milk latte
Lunch – Watermelon salad (no feta), garden vegetable soup (no pesto), apple from Panera Bread
Snack – Banana, green tea coconut latte
Dinner – Oatmeal with banana, almond milk, Sunflower Seed butter, coconut chips
Snack – Apple with peanut butter

Friday

Lunch – Salad with chicken, quinoa, black beans, salsa in Burbank Airport
Dinner – Ceviche, shrimp salad from Sipan Peruvian Restaurant
