Week 2 Challenge Updates

Pretty Pure

This was the first week of my crazy traveling month of August! Starting on Sunday in Sacramento, I visited UBarre a couple times while there and even had dinner with a friend on Wednesday (which is our tradition whenever I visit). I was there until Thursday, when I drove up to my mother’s in Medford, Oregon. We live on a farm there, so the weekend has been filled with lots and lots of horse activities! I also had some friends come up from the San Francisco/San Jose area, and we went river rafting down the Rogue River on Saturday. That was a blast! I’m headed back home to Ventura County today for a couple days of normalcy before being back on the road!

Breakfast – Egg whites, bacon, fruit at Bella Bru
Lunch – Panera Bread 1/2 Strawberry Poppyseed salad, Garden Vegetable soup (no pesto), apple
Snack – 2 small organic plums, protein bar, salami
Dinner – Scallops, salad, peas with pancetta
Dessert – 1 plum


Breakfast – Egg whites, bacon, fruit at Orphan
Snack – Protein bar
Lunch – Filet Mignon, Salad
Snack – 1 plum
Dinner – Blackened salmon, 2 prawns, asparagus from Foundation Bar & Grill



Breakfast – Egg whites, banana, mint green tea latte with coconut milk
Lunch – Chicken salad from Jack’s Urban Eats
Snack – Protein bar
Dinner – Halibut, squash, asparagus, carrots & 2 lamb lollipops from Plan B 


Breakfast – Starbucks blueberry oatmeal with coconut milk & coconut latte
Snack – Protein bar
Dinner – Minestrone soup (no noodles), grilled salmon & broccoli from Olive Garden

Breakfast – Egg whites, turkey bacon and green tea latte with almond milk from The Human Bean
Snack – Protein bar, Trader Joe’s Veggie Chips – Potato Snacks, raspberries, apple
Dinner – Chicken Larb Salad from Ali’s Thai
Snack – Dried apple slices & apple sauce (made by my mother from apples, nothing added)

Breakfast – Egg whites, bacon, green tea latte with almond milk from The Human Bean
Snack – Protein bar
Lunch – Beef patty with mustard
Snack – Dried apples, apple sauce, Trader Joe’s Veggie Chips – Potato Snacks
Dinner – Carne asada steak with black beans and salsa


Breakfast – Egg whites, turkey bacon,green tea latte with almond milk from The Human Bean
Snack – Apple sauce
Lunch – Chipotle salad with black beans, hot salsa and avocado slices
Dinner – Tritip, cucumber salad, sautéed squash

    Aurul e ieftin acolo de cutrapam? Si cam cat aur (sau bijuterii aurite) trebuie sa pui pe tine ca sa fii ca ceilalti? Cercei, bratara, inel? Colier? 🙂 Chiar sunt curioasa. 😛
