While 4th of July has come and gone, I’m still feeling patriotic and appreciate for this country! I love these versatile white shorts (which are a crazy good price) with this navy top (although it comes in a ton of colors) topped off with a pop of red with the Kendra Scott earrings! These Treasure & Bond shoes were also a new purchase, and they are super comfortable and very versatile. It was challenging purchasing them as they kept selling out, but I luckily was able to snag a pair! Links below to these pieces.

For 4th of July, while I didn’t really do anything ON the day since the dogs were very scared of the fireworks and I needed to be home incase there were any issues with the horses, I did trail ride my horse the day before up at Lily Glen and camped for the night. I hadn’t camped for awhile, but it was a good time, and although I took one of my show horses, she did pretty well for her first time out on the trails!

My vegan choice of camp food is the Beyond Burger as it is seriously so incredible and taste just like a real burger but are completely plant based. That and you can’t go wrong with the grilled corn! Apparently the Impossible Burger is pretty amazing too, but you can’t buy those in store, only at a restaurant, so I haven’t had the pleasure of trying those yet to weigh in on my own opinion!

Have you tried both burgers? What’s your favorite!?
