Perfect way to start out 2018! Here is what was in January’s Paleo Bakehouse:
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies tasted just as expected! I think this was the first time I had a banana flavor from Paleo Bakehouse and it was delicious!
Ingredients: Almond flour, walnut, honey, egg, banana extract, semi-sweet chocolate chips, baking soda, salt
Acai Banana Coconut Mini Muffins
The best little snack! Easy to grab, and who doesn’t look a good and simple muffin!
Ingredients: Almond flour, honey, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar, dried non sweetened banana chips, acai powder, unsweetened coconut flakes, egg
Amazing Nut Bar
These are good and very nutty! Probably a tad too “nutty” for me, but a super sweet snack.
Ingredients: Almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, walnuts, honey, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla
Apple Date Ball
I ate this a couple nights in a row as an after dinner dessert. Very good! Would probably be great for a pre-workout snack!
Ingredients: Dates, unsweetened dried apple, coconut, cinnamon
