February 2017 Paleo Bakehouse Review

Well, I will say that this month was amazing!! It’s so fun to have this paleo treat subscription box to look forward to each month knowing that these treats are always fresh, dairy free, gluten free, grain free, refined sugar free and even non-gmo. Here is my take on this month’s box!

Chocolate Chip Cookie

These little cookies were delicious!!!! The perfect size for a quick snack with chocolate chips and coconut!

Ingredients: Almond flour, coconut oil, baking soda, egg, honey, semi-sweet chocolate chips (nut, soy & gluten free)

Double Chocolate Donut

This was my absolute FAVORITE of this month. I can’t say anything more than they are AMAZING chocolate donuts with chocolate chips. Delish!

Ingredients: Almond flour, honey, egg, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, semi sweet chocolate chips, coconut sugar, coconut oil

Raspberry Heart Pop

These heart pops were not only aesthetically pleasing, they were very good and lightly sweet!

Ingredients: Almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, honey, naturally sweetened raspberry jam

Truffle Ball

While these truffle balls were a tasty treat, I would suggest you have a glass of almond milk on hand to wash them down!

Ingredients: Almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut flakes, coconut sugar, honey
