I always tend to put myself through 30-day challenges.. just for fun and to exercise my will power. Sometimes it goes well, and sometimes it doesn’t last the whole 30 days like it should, but this will be great for accountability!
Since I started getting back to the gym consistently for the past 2 months, I’m feeling great, building some muscle and ridding myself of being “skinny fat”. I want to take my “leanness” to the next level and am challenging myself to eat super clean, and get rid of the bread and the unnatural sugars in my diet for the month. All it takes is some planning and commitment!
I’ve started with my weekly meal plan and have stocked my fridge with whole food and snacks. I’ll check in here weekly and probably post several recipes since this is going to get me back to being creative and cooking in the kitchen!
I don’t have a weight goal, but am looking forward to 2 trips at the end of the month to Kentucky and Vegas! I’ll be posting my eating habits for the next 30 days, all the while, I’ll be traveling for 16 out of 31 days of August!
